Do you really charge 0% commission?
Yes - DevourNow never takes a percentage of your food revenue on direct orders. 100% of what customers pay for food goes straight to your restaurant through weekly Stripe payouts.
What is the 3.5% transaction fee?
On the Plus plan, a 3.5% transaction fee applies per order to cover payment processing and platform costs. If you'd rather pay $0 in transaction fees, the Zero plan shifts this cost to the customer instead.
Who delivers the food?
DevourNow dispatches a white-label driver through DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct - the same networks third-party apps use, but at a per-trip rate instead of a percentage of your order (network delivery pricing varies by trip; with self-delivery you set a flat delivery price). You don't need your own delivery fleet.
Which POS systems do you integrate with?
DevourNow integrates with major POS systems including Square, Toast, and Clover. POS integration is an optional add-on: a $99 one-time setup fee plus $29/month. If your system isn't listed, contact us - we evaluate new integrations on request.
Do I need to buy tablets or a printer?
No. Hardware is optional, and you don't need DevourNow online ordering to use it. We supply a tablet and Bluetooth printer on a subscription: free for the first 30 days, then $4.85 per week for Tablet & Printer or $3.46 per week for Tablet Only. If you already have what you need, choose None at no cost.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Every order captures the customer's name, contact details, and order history directly for your restaurant - not a third-party marketplace. That data stays yours.
Do I need an existing website?
No. DevourNow builds you a branded online ordering page, so a website isn't required to start taking orders. If you already have a website, we simply add your DevourNow ordering link to it.
How fast can my online ordering go live?
Most restaurants are live in 4-7 days: sign up free, send us your menu, connect Stripe for payouts, then go live with your QR code and ordering link.
