3. Information Specific to Family Club

If you join Family Club, we collect and use some additional information beyond what's described above, to run the weekly subscription itself:

  • Household and delivery information: Your delivery address, household size, and weekly meal selections, so we can match you to the local restaurant kitchens covering your address and generate your weekly order.
  • Dietary and allergen information: Any allergies or dietary preferences you choose to tell us about. We use this only to route your order correctly and to print it on your delivery labels - not for marketing or any other purpose.
  • Payment information: Family Club payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number ourselves; Stripe handles that under its own privacy and security practices.

4. Sharing Your Information With Restaurant Partners

Each week, we share the order and preference information a restaurant partner actually needs to prepare your meals - your meal selections, portion count, and any allergens or dietary notes you've given us - with whichever restaurant is cooking for your household that week. Restaurant partners may use this information only to prepare and fulfill that week's order, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or to contact you directly outside of fulfilling your order.

5. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you opt in to text messages from Family Club, we may text you about your weekly order, upcoming cutoffs, delivery status, or promotions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We won't send marketing texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

6. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your orders and payments.
